Cheap Sheath is a concentrated pH balanced
formulation of Phosphate Buffered Saline
which has been pre-filtered and is ready to use
in any flow cytometer as your sheath solution
upon dilution with distilled water. Each bottle
of Cheap Sheath contains enough concentrate
to prepare 20 liters of flow cytometer sheath
soluton.
Formulation is simple for flow cytometers that
do not use 20 liter sheath containers.
For any flow cytometer with a 3.5 liter sheath
tank, add 100 mls Cheap Sheath to 2.9 liters
of distilled water in the sheath tank
