About Cheap Sheath
Cheap Sheath is formulated using the highest quality 18.2 mega ohm, low endotoxin water. USP grade reagents are used. After formulation, it is then filtered thru a 0.22u filter prior to bottling. We highly recommend that the Cheap Sheath be diluted with high quality distilled or de-ionized water in order to ensure the lowest possible sample background and keep your instrument in optimal running condition.
For those individuals who wish to use Cheap Sheath in their sorters, it is recommended that the 1X buffer be either autoclaved or filtered thru a 0.1u or 0.22u filter to ensure sterility. Autoclaving the concentrate is not recommended due to the high salt content. |
